STATEMENT
Pauluhn Electric strives to be the first choice supplier of hazardous area,
marine and industrial lighting products serving the shipbuilding, drilling
and specialized industrial markets. We will achieve this via constant attention
to our customers, introduction of new products and implementation of lean enterprise
initiatives resulting in improvement of our products, people and processes.
While customer satisfaction is a key measure of our success, we also strive
to meet the expectations of our employees and shareholders.
PAULUHN'S
HISTORY
Pauluhn Electric has been designing and manufacturing lighting fixtures and
receptacles since 1924. Pauluhn was one of the forerunners in the change from
oil lighting to electrical lighting for marine applications. Pauluhn Electric
was originally located in New York, then moved to the Houston area in 1969.
PAULUHN'S
FUTURE...
In August 1997, the Federal Signal Corporation acquired Pauluhn. Since Pauluhn's
operation under Federal Signal, changes have been made to improve manufacturing
and quality. In November 1998, we acquired NRL Lighting. This addition exemplifies
our commitment to growth for our business and our people. There are more positive
